Jiggle Mouse is a software product operated by A2 Group LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jiggle Mouse application and website.

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Jiggle Mouse, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Overview

Jiggle Mouse is a desktop utility application designed to keep your computer active by generating configurable cursor movements.

The application can be downloaded before purchase.

A paid license key is required to unlock full functionality.

2. License

When you purchase Jiggle Mouse, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the application on your personal devices.

The license:

• Is for personal or professional use
• Does not expire
• Does not include ownership of the software
• May not be shared, resold, or redistributed

3. Activation

After purchase, you will receive a license key by email.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your license key secure
• Activating the app using the provided key

Lost or misused license keys may be revoked.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for direct purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and payment provider.

All purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience issues with activation or functionality, please contact support before requesting a refund.

5. Updates and Changes

Your license includes access to future updates of Jiggle Mouse.

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue features
• Release new versions or improvements

Updates do not reset or affect your lifetime license.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jiggle Mouse responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and workplace policies.

Jiggle Mouse is intended to keep your computer active. We are not responsible for how the app is used in relation to employer policies, monitoring tools, or workplace agreements.

7. Disclaimer

Jiggle Mouse is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the application will:

• Meet all specific requirements
• Be error-free or uninterrupted
• Prevent all idle or "away" detection in every environment

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jiggle Mouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated, including misuse of the license or distribution of license keys.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
